Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced User Acquisition Manager to join our team and help us reach and engage with our target audience.

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new users for our platform. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to identify target audiences, create compelling campaigns, and optimize our user acquisition channels. This is a full-time, remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage user acquisition strategies to drive growth and engagement for HealthBay

- Identify and analyze target audiences and create user personas to guide acquisition efforts

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop compelling campaigns and messaging that resonate with our target audience

- Monitor and optimize user acquisition channels, including paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and partnerships

- Analyze data and metrics to track the success of user acquisition efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve performance

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our user acquisition strategies

- Manage a budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve user acquisition goals

- Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on user acquisition efforts

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- Proven experience in user acquisition, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and partnerships

- Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment

- Strong project management and organization skills
