Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Logistician to plan, coordinate, and optimize logistics and supply chain operations in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will ensure efficient transportation, inventory management, and distribution processes to support organizational goals.

This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution

Monitor inventory levels, shipment schedules, and delivery performance

Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries

Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement

Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics data

Prepare reports on logistics performance, cost analysis, and efficiency metrics

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards

Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain and logistics operations


Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations

Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management principles

Proficiency with logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in transportation management, warehouse operations, or procurement

Familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations

Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD)


Compensation:

Annual Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000 USD, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location
