Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Generalist to provide support across multiple functions within the organization in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will assist with administrative, operational, and project-based tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, effective communication, and timely completion of assignments.

This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities:

Perform administrative and operational support tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation

Assist with project coordination, tracking, and reporting across various departments

Support HR, finance, and operations teams as needed, including data entry and record management

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Help maintain policies, procedures, and organizational workflows

Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Support ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by management

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information


Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in administrative, operational, or generalist roles

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic collaboration tools

Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a remote environment

Professional demeanor and ability to work independently


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in supporting multiple departments or cross-functional teams

Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, Monday.com)

Basic knowledge of HR, finance, or operations processes


Compensation:

Annual Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 USD, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location
