Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee administrative operations, coordinate office activities, and support organizational efficiency in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will ensure seamless operational workflows, assist in team coordination, and maintain effective communication across all levels of the organization.

This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management

Coordinate meetings, virtual events, and team communications

Support HR functions including onboarding, employee recordkeeping, and benefits coordination

Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement of office resources

Maintain organizational policies, procedures, and compliance with corporate guidelines

Act as a liaison between executive leadership and internal teams

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management

Support ad hoc projects and cross-departmental initiatives as required

Ensure smooth functioning of all virtual office tools and platforms


Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in office management, administrative coordination, or operations support

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom)

Ability to work independently and productively in a remote environment


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing remote teams or distributed office operations

Knowledge of HR, finance, and project management practices

Familiarity with workflow automation and virtual collaboration tools

Compensation:

Annual Salary Range: $60,000 – $85,000 USD, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location
